Flight Booking Flow

After months of design and development, the booking flow of a major airline company needed user validation. As an Interaction Design intern at Fjord, I took on the responsibility to conduct the necessary usability study.

We started by developing a comprehensive test plan. Based on behavioural variables we chose 20 participants for the task-based usability test. The study results turned out to be essential for the ease of use of the booking flow.
