Smart Parcels
Problem: The parcels form has to be completed by every brand that wants to ship with Ankorstore. 30% of orders had multiple parcels, which meant users had to input 4 values for each parcel they had.
Solution: Whether on mobile or on desktop, single or multi-parcel, an order can now be shipped in under 3 min with the help of two smart functionalities: suggest and autocomplete + duplicate.
