The Tasks - A Paradigm Shift

There comes a time in each company’s evolution when the limitations of its internal processes and tools become a substantial barrier to scaling up. This happened in Ontruck when the shipping volume suddenly arose one summer, and it hit us like a tsunami. To get out of this deadlock, we had to reinvent how traditional logistics companies approach incidents management altogether.

This article explores how we deliberately suspended the lean development cycle to make space for a Vision-led paradigm shift and how we got back on track after it. Being at the forefront of this effort, I learned how to make big projects happen.
